RE #9: Rachel's Sweet Surrender

Don't open your eyes, Rachel, bulong niya sa isip. Don't open your d**n eyes. Ngunit hindi rin siya nakatiis. She opened her eyes and she was greeted by the most handsome face she had ever wanted to see in her entire life, only a few inches away from hers!

"Hi!" nakangiting bati ni Melvin.

Pagkatapos ay narinig na lamang niya ang kanyang sariling nagsalita. "Will you marry me?"

Muntik na niyang sampalin ang sarili. How could she ask him that thing when they had only been ogether again for only a few minutes after fourteen years of not seeing each other?

"Yes, Rachel," sagot nito. "I will marry you."
